Craft & Crest is owned and managed by Aditya Laddha, Proprietor. Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we follow a strict cancellation, return, and refund policy.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and payment has been confirmed.
Customers are requested to carefully review their product selection, customization details, shipping address, and order information before completing the payment.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, returns, exchanges, or replacements are not accepted once an order has been placed.
Many of our products are personalized and manufactured specifically according to the customer’s requirements. Therefore, we are unable to accept products back simply due to a change of mind, incorrect preference, or the customer no longer requiring the product.
Customers are requested to verify all customization details carefully before placing an order.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following circumstance:
Duplicate Payment: If the same order is accidentally paid for more than once and a duplicate payment is successfully received, the additional payment will be eligible for a refund after verification.
If a refund is approved for any other exceptional circumstance, it will be processed at the sole discretion of Craft & Crest, subject to applicable law.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund for a duplicate payment, please contact us with:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Registered mobile number
- Payment details or transaction reference
- Proof of duplicate payment
Our team will verify the transaction before approving the refund.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund has been approved, it will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution.
