Craft & Crest is owned and managed by Aditya Laddha, Proprietor. This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed through the Craft & Crest website and official sales channels.

Once an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing your order.
For personalized and customized products, production begins after we receive the required customization details, such as photographs, names, messages, logos, artwork, or other information.
Customers may be contacted if any information required to process the order is incomplete or unclear.
2. Delivery Timeline
The estimated delivery time for orders is 8–9 days from the date the order is confirmed and the required customization details are received.
Personalized products may require additional preparation and production time before dispatch.
The estimated timeline may vary depending on:

- Order quantity
- Delivery location
- Courier availability
- Public holidays
- Unforeseen logistical circumstances
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe.
3. Shipping Across India
We currently offer shipping across India through third-party courier and logistics partners.
Shipping availability may depend on the serviceability of the customer’s delivery PIN code.
4. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
Shipping charges may vary depending on:

Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated to the customer before payment.
5. Tracking Information

Craft & Crest will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
7. Failed Delivery
If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, refusal of delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.
If re-shipping is requested, additional shipping charges may apply.
For personalized products, failed delivery does not automatically qualify the customer for cancellation or refund.
8. Delayed Shipments
While we aim to deliver orders within 8–9 days, delivery may occasionally take longer due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

9. Damaged Package
If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend documenting the condition of the package before opening it.
If the product itself is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery in accordance with our Cancellation, Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.
Photographs or videos of the package and product may be requested to help us investigate the issue.
10. Multiple Products in One Order
If an order contains multiple products, we may ship the products together or separately depending on production requirements, availability, packaging, and logistics.
Where applicable, separate tracking information may be provided.
