Personalized & Custom Orders
Suggested text: Many of our products are customized according to customer requirements.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all personalization details submitted, including names, dates, photographs, logos, artwork, QR codes, spellings, and other design information, are accurate before confirming the order.
Once production or engraving has begun, customization details cannot be modified or cancelled
Craft & Crest is not responsible for errors provided by customers during the ordering process.
Order Acceptance
Suggested text: An order shall be deemed accepted only after successful payment and confirmation by Craft & Crest. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, technical issues, incomplete customer information, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Acceptable Use
